The event co-hosted by the EU COST Action FOGOS, ERC PlanetStewards Project, Earth-Space Sustainability Network, and Space in Time took place at the University of Utrecht and its Botanic Garden this 16 and 17 of October 2025.
This international workshop gathered interdisciplinary researchers and guest policymakers to explore ancient and new paradigms on our understanding of the Universe that can inform innovative research and governance approaches to Earth-Space Sustainability.
In this framework, Dr. Martin Calvet from SKYJUST presented a paper with Reflections on an eco-humanist ethics for Earth-Space Sustainability and collaborated with the PlanetStewards team in the organisation of the event.
